Returns & Exchanges

At Animal, we want you to love your wild style, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
